I really appreciated the ease of parking my car right next to the Family Chalet. It made unloading our bags and settling in so much more convenient. It was a big plus for our family stay!

Comfortable Stay

My stay had its ups and downs. The resort is conveniently located near several attractions, making it easy to explore the area. However, I found the rooms to be quite smelly, which was disappointing. The service could really use some improvement too; my check-in experience was rather frustrating. Overall, while it has potential, there were some major concerns that impacted my experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort spa, where the atmosphere was serene, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The rooms had a clean and inviting décor, but I couldn't help but notice that they are in dire need of renovation to really shine. The location worked well for me as it was conveniently close to many attractions; however, I did find the dining options not very impressive. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re looking for a quiet getaway, but more attention to dining and room maintenance would certainly enhance the experience.

My stay at the resort was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was great for accessing nearby attractions and the BBQ nights were lovely, the rooms really need some serious renovations to bring them back to their former glory. The service at the reception was somewhat lacking, which dampened the overall experience. On the plus side, I appreciated the easy parking right in front of the room, which was convenient.
